6th-8th Grade Classes are for children ages 11-13 years old.
The classes offered are to enrich, engage, and help your children to grow and develop into Christ-following individuals. The love of Christ is shown to all the children in these classes. We are here to help your children develop life skills that they can take with them into adult hood, in a safe and loving environment.
Grammar Games
Ages: 11-14

This course will focus on strengthening grammar and vocabulary skills. Some of the topics that will be covered are parts of speech, sentence structure, and vocabulary building. This course will be focused on learning through interactive games, activities, and even competition. I pray at the end of the semester our middle schoolers will have a better grasp of the English language and a new found love for all things grammar!

We are going to be using creative movements for dance exercise using the agile rhythm method.
Hand Art
Ages: 11-14

We are going to step into the world of traditional craftsmanship! This hands-on course will introduce your child to three distinct artistic mediums: pyrography (wood burning), copper embossing, and leathercraft. We will start by mastering the safety and technique of thermal pens to "paint" with fire on wood. Next, we’ll transition to the tactile world of metal, using specialized tools to create 3D relief art on copper sheets. Finally, your child will learn the fundamentals of leatherwork, including stamping, tooling, and finishing. By the end of the term, each child will have a portfolio of custom-made, functional art pieces.
