• open to the public daily from 6am to 9pm.

• parking is free Monday through Friday,

• $10 fee on weekends and holidays for vehicles without a current Waukegan city sticker

Loyola Park and Beach

Playground, beach with concession stand, meter parking available

 

Foster Beach
